MUNICIPALIDAD AL PRIMER CONTINGENTE DE CONSCRIPTOS DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE SANTIAGO AGT. 1.- 1901", the upper arm with original, drilled hole for the loop-and-ring suspension, with old dark blue ribbon with gold-yellow stripe, sewn on the middle.
