Breast Badge, 57x40 mm., Silver, maker`s mark "BW, Heinrich Weiss, Bucarest", hallmarked " crown-188-BW-89", blue enameled legend "Nihil Sine Deo", surrounded by a wreath of laurel leaves (left side) and oak leaves (right side), white-enameled central medallion with black Romanian eagle with the Hohenzollern coat of arms on a shield on the eagle`s chest, on the reverse medium pin. An officer's Cape awarded to officers, who have worn it at military parades and all official meetings. Officially it was adopted in 1940 by regulation. Made of white wool, having on collar patches with the letter V, embroidered in the colors of the order`s ribbon. The cape is lined with cherrycolored silk. On the left chest is stitched the order`s cross, made of royal blue velvet and gold wire thread. Under the collar, two brass ornaments. Very rare cape in extremely fine condition. II RR!
