Breast Badge, 66x33 mm, Silver, white enameled, oval centre medallion with the arms of Serbia on red enamel, outer circlet with diamond-cut ornament, red enameled reverse medallion with institution date in gold lettering, upper crown hinged to the deep-blue enameled pendalia, suspension ring, grooved and beaded ribbon-ring, with original, triangular ribbon.
