Breast Star, 78 mm, gilt Bronze, maker's mark, superimposed parts gilt, enameled, medium pin on reverse, in original case of issue by "Frederico Costa - Lisboa", with gilt crown on the lid and cardboard cover, together with miniature and lapel hole rosette.
