Neck Badge, 92x60 mm., gilt Silver, both sides enameled, original suspension wreath, loop and ribbon, in case of issue by "Arthus Bertrand - Paris", with gilt iinitials on the lid, together with awarding document, dated 9th of january 1891 and autorisation letter to the Inspector of the Ottoman Sanitary Admnistration in Pera, dated 3rd of February 1891.
