Breast Badge, 73x47 mm., Silver, both sides enameled, original suspension ring and triangular ribbon, in original case of Issue, with gilt crown and inscription on the lid, together with awarding document to a Bulgarian Sanitary Captain Chief of the 3rd Military Sanitary Warehouse, dated Sofia, 6th of May 1936.
