Commander's Cross, 3rd Class, instituted in 1865. Neck Badge, 91x60 mm, gilt Silver, with red enameled arms (some restorations to points), suspension wreath, ring, loop and original short neck ribbon. A superb 19th century, French fabrication, in very fine condition! II R!
