A Grand Cross Set of the first model: Sash Badge in Gold with white bordered, deep sea-blue enameled arms, flanked by chiseled, golden flames; blue enameled, oval centre medallion with allegoric image made of toned silver, within white enameled outer circlet, bearing the Order’s motto; the upper “flame” with hinged royal crown enriched by red enameled inner cap, resting on green enameled laurel wreath; sphaerical loop and round ring; with original, silk sash ribbon; Breast Star with chiseled and polished rays; the centre made of gold, en-suite with the sash badge, also with finely chiseled/polished golden flames, royal crown between the centre’s upper arms, with red enameled inner details; polished reverse, bearing the maker’s escutcheon of Medina, Barcelona and Madrid; vertical pin.
