NAP. HISP. ET. IND. REX LVS. »; reverse medallion with the lion of Leon, within blue enameled outer circlet bearing the motto « VIRTUDE ET FIDE »; upper, sphaerical loop and smooth, round ribbon ring, this, struck with a mark, original ribbon.
