Miniature Badge, 13x9 mm., GOLD, as white enameled twelve-pointed star with ball-finials flanked by bundles of arrows held by ribands, obverse centre medallion with the laureated monogram “N” on beaming ground, within sky-blue enameled outer circlet bearing the motto “A JAMAIS” and a stylized laurel wreath below, reverse centre medallion with embossed image of the Imperial throne also on beaming ground, within sky-blue enameled outer circlet bearing the motto “TOUT POUR L’EMPIRE”, Imperial crown on top with blue enameled band, bearing to the obverse and reverse resp. “NAPOLEON” and “FONDATEUR” in golden lettering, large, round ring, struck with French marks and ribbon.
