Royal Family’s Honour Gift of Ioanna, Tsaritsa of Bulgaria

Breast Badge, 19 x 12,5 mm., GOLD, elaborately chiseled cyrillic “I”, set with diamonds and blue sapphires, within an oval frame of stylized acanthus leaves, surmounted by the Bulgarian, Royal crown, also set with blue sapphires and a Diamond, with vertical, golden pin.
A very rare honour badge, excellent condition.
