Breast Star, 78 mm, gilt Silver with smooth rays, superimposed parts gilt, enameled, large vertical pin and two side hooks on reverse, in cse of issue by "Hours, Santiago", with gilt Bronze weapon on the lid, together with enameled miniature. Superb old set, in extremely fine condition! I
