Round shape, Wood, with polychrome and gold-foil painted coat of arms of Serbia on black lacquered ground, raised, gilt wood frame, the reverse, with inscription “Belgrade Mai 1922”. An interesting, very rare Royal Coat of Arms made for the marriage of Alexander I, King of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes and Princess Maria of Romania, in Belgrade on 8 June 1922, excellent condition and retaining a beautiful patina.
