Breast Badge, 64x44 mm., gilt Silver, both-sides enameled, original suspension wreath and ribbon with gilt bar, in case of issue by "Cejalvo - Madrid" with lapel hole rosette, together with appointment letter to the order, dated 6th of July 1989.
