Jewelled Miniature, 21x12 mm. with 39 diamonds for a total of 0,18 ct. and 4 sapphires for a total of 0,05 ct., GOLD, completely set with tiny brilliants and pale-blue stones, obverse and reverse centre medallions in gold and enamels, original ribbon.
