Honour and Fidelity Cross with the Effigy of D. Miguel

Fire-gilt uniface 50x35 mm., Silver Cross of Maltese type with ball-finials, flanked by fleurs de lys, centre medallion with embossed portrait of the sovereign and around, the inscription “D. MIGUEL PRIMEIRO”, on top, Royal crown with chiseled details, round ring and suspension bar, original, red silk ribbon with rectangular, golden buckle with chiseled inner border.
An extremely rare decoration from 1828, also known as “D. Joao’s Emigration Cross”, excellent condition. I RR!
