Collar Badge in gilt Silver, both sides enameled, blue enameled legend "NIHIL SINE DEO", surrounded by green enameled wreath, on reverse "10 februarie 1891", together with the collar chain consisting of silver and black enameled elements featuring the coat of arms of the Hohenzollern family and the weapons of the Romanian provinces, all plain on reverse.
