COLLEGII MATRITENSIS SIGIL”; deep-sea blue enameled reverse medallion with golden inscription“DIPUTADO” and below, blue enameled “4°” within golden square; hinged, upper crown of “imperial” type, oval suspension ring and red silk cord with golden buckle-slider bearing the polychrome enameled coat-of-arms, similar to the decoration itself; in the original, red morocco fitted case of issue,with gold embossed “DIPUTADO 4°” on the lid; the inner cushion, with maker’s mark of Mayer, Madrid.
