Russian-Made Jewelled Breast Star of the Order, Military Class: gilt-silver rays, completely set with white pastes of different size; short, intermediate rays, set with green stones; centre medallion with fine, enamel miniature of the lion passant-guardant, holding the sword and the rising sun beneath, the ground, of gold-yellow, translucent enamel on chiseled “beams”, the whole surrounded by two outer circlets, set with white pastes; the reverse, fitted with a screwback suspension, the nut, with “Ф.Г.” and silver mark from St.Petersburg. An exceptional star of the highest rarity, surely belonged to a Russian general of noble descent, extremely fine condition. Dim.: 81,5 mm. I RR!
