Jewelled Numerary Commander's Breast Star, 80x77 mm, diamond-cut chiseled Silver cross flanked by fleurs-de-lys, the arms with blue enameled gold details; all 8 ball finals, set with one brilliant each; oval centre medallion with the blue enameled monogram "C" within a green enameled laurel wreath; double diamond-cut chiseled silver outer circlet enclosing a blue enameled inner border; gilt reverse with concave counter-medallion, vertical, round pin (French marks) and two hooks. A beautiful star from the last quarter of 19th Century, extremely fine condition. With 8 diamonds for a total of 1.12 ct. I RR!
