An official, certified copy, of the Imperial decree of Napoleon, given in Moscow on September 21st, 1812, awarding the Commander’s decoration of the order to Major Besnard, of the 24th dragoons regiment and to the Baron Demarcay, « commandant de la Legion d’Honneur » ; signed by the duke of Cadore,Grand Chancellor of the Order.Very interesting and rare.II- R!
