Supreme Order of Christ

An early 19th Century jewelled badge of the Order, 117x56 mm,
in silver, completely set with red pastes, centred and
sided by white pastes, the corners, with jewelled "fleurs-de-lys", smooth reverse with two hollow
rivets retaining the obverse`s cross, hinged round suspension with a six-pointed star and gilt stylized
leaves and lotus flowers, completely set with white stones, the reverse with well-visible the
elaborate assembly of the various elements and upper suspension loop.
An excellent, rare piece of the best manufacture
and quality. I RR!
