Breast Star, 84 mm, Silver, maker's mark "Tanfani-Bertarelli, with chiseled and pierced rays, the centre gilt and enameled with excellent chiselwork, separately-made portrait of the saint, the reverse with thin pin, in original case of issue by "Tanfani-Bertarelli - Roma", with gilt weapon on the lid.
