Polychrome rectangular icon on panel, representation of the Holy Communion, only the painted face of Christ is visible under the silver oklad. Beautiful engraving in relief winding presenting the twelve apostles seated in a large architectural room, under the protection of the four archangels, two children downstairs assigned to the service. Symbols in boxes (scallop shell...), striped framing frieze with oak leaves. Guarantee hallmark 950, silversmith's monogram to be identified, Greek work dated 1962. Nice quality object. Good condition, dimensions 31 x 25 cm.
