Straight blade of flattened section, tapering towards the tip, with three fullers at half-length; typical, silver grip with stylized ornaments to the obverse, plain to the reverse; original, silver scabbard, its obverse face enriched with an elaborate pattern of filigrée and embossed elements; faceted finial, the mouth with suspension loop.
An attractive weapon of relatively modern manufacture as traditionally used by dignitaries from Cossack families; extremely fine condition.
