Silver cigarillo case, elegant flat square model, pushbutton,recto and verso engraved with archaeological scenes, column alignments, imaginary ruins (possibly inspired by the ancient city of Babylon), owner's initials "R.D", mid 20th century work circa 1940. Our tested solid silver case has no hallmark, oriental manufacture (the initials "R.D" post-dated). Dimensions 14 x 8 cm, weight 204 g (high density). Good condition. II
