Lady's box in silvered metal, square model with a rich hinged cover crafted in the style of the antique, central engraving in cartouche of dancers, wreaths, contour friezes in flowery bands (olive leaves), sides decorated identically. Side lock (no key). Interior to be replenished with its velvet. Probably French work (intended for export) in the early 20th century around 1920 in the Art Deco spirit. Good condition despite wear to the silvering. Dimensions
