Breast Star, 83 mm, Silver, hallmarled "2 dolphins", enameled with pin on reverse, in case of issue by "Joseph Resch Fils, Bucharest", with gilt monogram on the lid. A very rare set, of early French manufacture, in extremely fine condition! RR! I
