Sash Badge, 79x55 mm., gilt Silver, hallmarked "489 - 38 - ARG - crown", both sides red enameled, original suspension crown and original sash. Breast Star, 76 mm., Silver, hallmarked, "447 - 38 - ARG - crown", maker's mark "Joseph Resch Fils, Bucarest", enameled, vertical pin on reverse, in original case of issue by "Joseph Resch Fiul, Bucuresti", with gilt monogram of Mihai I on the lid. A splendid and very rare set, of the period of Regency of King Mihai I, in mint condition! I RR!

The Order of Ferdinand I was instituted on May 10th, 1929, to the everlasting memory of King Ferdinand I, the founder of the nation, for merit in uniting all Romanians in a single state.
