The Chain, silver gilt, one side enameled, 12 enameled medallions, The Order of Ferdinand I was instituted on May 10th, 1929, to the everlasting memory of King Ferdinand I, the founder of the nation, for merit in uniting all Romanians in a single state. The order could be awarded only to Romanian Citizens, for outstanding merits in the national union. The order was closed by law no. 12 on February 18th, 1937.

Order of Carol I (1906), 2nd Model, Paul of Romania

Collar Chain of the 2nd Model: Collar Badge in gilt Silver, both sides enameled, centre GOLD, cross and scarf with blue enameled legend "Prin statornicie la isbinda". The Chain, gilt Silver, one side enameled, 22 enameled medallions, with the monograms PP (Prince Paul) adorned with brilliants, in original leather case of issue 332x263 mm, with brilliants and gilt monograms on the lid. A superb modern manufacture in mint condition, extremely rare, 10 limited awards. Dim.: the badge: 87,0x60,0 mm. I RR!

Order of Carol I (1906)

Collar Chain. Collar Badge, 88x69 mm, gilt Silver, both sides enameled, centre gold, cross and the scarf with blue enameled legend "Prin statornicie la isbinda". The Chain, 70 cm, silver gilt, oneside enameled, 22 enamelled medallions. The Order of Carol I, the highest Romanian Order, instituted on May 10th, 1906, part of the 40th jubilee celebration of King Carol of Hohenzollern, was awarded until 1932 in 4 classes: Collar, Grand Cross, Grand Officer and Commander.
