Neck Badge, 68×60 mm., gilt Bronze, one sided pale blue enameled arms with finely outlined border, the medallion’s outer circlet with dark blue enameled “EX ORIENTE LUX” motto and centre in the finest enamel miniature painting; red enameled flames superimposed, original suspension ring, extremely fine. A very interesting badge made in Paris iin the 1920-1930’s by the Russian exile group associated with Grand Duke Kiril of Russia! I R! I
