A Prince size breast star of the order in silver, 57×57,5 mm., chiselled to imitate a sequined embroidery, flanked by ornated fleurs-de-lys; chiselled gold centre with enameled details of the robe of the Saint; separately-made scroll with the Orderâs motto in gold lettering on blue enameled ground; the reverse, with 4 golden retaining nuts, securing the centre and fitted with a vertical pin.
A beautiful rare star, made for a young prince, excellent, Neapolitan manufacture, extremely fine condition. I R!
