Pair of two silver sugar tongs

Pair of two silver sugar tongs, one plain model with flat grips, the other with side decora-tions in braid and claw grips. 19th century work from the Netherlands for one with warranty hallmarks and silversmith's hallmarks to be identified; without punch for the other. Weight 39 gr for both, length 9.5 cm. Good condition!
