A 2nd Class, 2nd Model around 1860, instituted in 1816, neck badge, 60x29 mm, GOLD, with finely chiseled details and polished highlights, the double eagle’s breast and back, charged with the blue enameled shields with “F.” and “1815” in gold lettering; the crown of Lombardy, with enameled details; the upper, Austrian crown, with red enameled inner cap, suspension ring with white enameled“pearls”; the reverse of the crown’s pendalia, with maker’s inscription: “ROTHE” – “WIEN” and later neck ribbon.
