Breast Star, 84 mm, Silver, hallmarked “900”, original pin on reverse, in case of issue with gilt monogram of Tsar Boris III and inscription on the lid, together with awarding document to a Turkish Sanitary Chief Inspector in Constantinople, dated Euxinograd, 30th of August 1897, original signature of King Ferdinand.
